Register for ACLing 2024

Paper submission should be made through the EasyChair system. Submitted manuscripts should be structured as technical papers and should not exceed 8 pages including figures, tables, and references in order to avoid extra page charges .

* All Fees and Charges (in USD/AED) are inclusive of VAT.

* Non-presenter attendees pay 75% of the above listed rates.

Registration Type Classification

• Standard Authors: Standard Author presents the paper and attend Keynotes, paper presentations and sessions on all conference days. Only one paper can be presented per registration.
• Student Authors: A Student Author is an author who is a full time student and presents the paper at the conference and attends presentations, keynotes and sessions on all conference days. Only one paper can be presented per registration.
• Non-Presenter: A Non-Presenter is a attendee that has not summited a paper or who will not present a paper, but attends presentations, keynotes and sessions on all conference days.

Registration Policy

• One delegate can attend per registration.
• One paper can be presented per registration.
• Author registration payment must be received before early bird  registration to qualify for early bird discount.
• Additional paper discount applies to those who already registered for a standard paper with ACLing 2024.
• A maximum of Eight (8) pages per contribution is allowed. However, it is possible to extend the paper until 4 additional pages by paying an additional  charge per page fee.
• Registrations cannot be cancelled or refunded.
• Registrations are non-transferable.
• In case of registration through bank transfer, the bank charges at both ends needs to be paid by the Remitter.

Option 1: Through PayFort gateway to pay online with either a Visa or Master Card (in UAE Dirhams ONLY)

1. To register yourself fill a PayFort request form using the link  >>PayFort Request Form<<
2. Notice that a confirmation Email should be sent to you after you submit the form. If not pls. contact accounts@buid.ac.ae and acling2024@gmail.com with the information you filled in the form.
3. You will receive an email for your invoice (electronic bill) after verification of the accepted paper details. This process takes some time but we record your initial correspondence for calculating the discount deadline. The bill shows the amount after discounts as well as added extra page charge, if any.
4. Follow the instruction in the email to pay the invoice amount using your credit card.
5. Online payment through credit cards can be made in AED (UAE Dirhams) only.
6. Registration is confirmed after you finish these steps.

Option 2: Money transfer to Bank Account

* For confirmation of registration, please send us a copy of the bank advice as a proof of your payment to accounts@buid.ac.ae and acling2024@gmail.com

* Notice that.  to get a second paper discount, you should register this paper separately and mention the registered first paper title/number.
