Register your accepted paper or join the conference as a non-presenting attendee. Follow the steps below to complete your registration and confirm how you will participate.

For each accepted paper, complete the appropriate author payment, submit the payment documents, and confirm your participation mode. Online presenters must also submit a pre-recorded presentation before the conference.

Registration and camera-ready submission are separate requirements. Review the camera-ready instructions and ensure at least one author presents the paper.

Author fees are listed in US dollars (USD). Each author registration covers one accepted paper.

Regular Author One accepted paper, up to 8 pages USD 700
Student Author One accepted paper, up to 8 pages; valid student ID required USD 500
Additional Page Each page beyond 8, up to 2 extra pages USD 100
  • The maximum paper length is 10 pages, including figures, tables, and references.
  • A 9-page paper requires an additional USD 100; a 10-page paper requires an additional USD 200.
  • Authors with multiple accepted papers must complete a separate registration for each paper.
  • Student authors must submit a valid student ID with their payment documents.

Use the appropriate author-payment link. If your paper exceeds 8 pages, also pay the applicable additional-page charge. The supplied payment options include Apple Pay, Visa, and Mastercard.

Option B · Bank Transfer

Use the bank details below. Author fees are quoted in USD, while the bank-transfer currency is OMR (Omani Riyal). Contact acling2026@gmail.com to confirm the amount to transfer in OMR before making payment.

  • Payment receipt: a PDF, screenshot, or other valid proof of payment. Include any additional-page payment receipts, if applicable.

Free Registration for Non-Author Attendees

Joining Online Without Presenting a Paper?

You are welcome to attend ACLing 2026 online free of charge as a non-author participant. Please register in advance so that the organizing team can confirm your attendance and share the online joining link and conference details.

  1. Open the free registration form using the button below.
  2. Complete your participant details. When the form asks for a Paper ID, enter “0” because you are attending without a paper.
  3. Submit the form. The organizing team will share the online joining link and conference details with you.

No payment is required for non-author online participants. The paid author-registration steps and presentation-video requirement apply to authors presenting accepted papers.

Attending in Person Without Presenting a Paper?

Non-presenting attendees may also attend in person free of charge. Contact acling2026@gmail.com for advance-registration instructions and indicate whether you wish to attend the Dubai or Jordan hub.

Free attendee registration covers attendance only. Authors presenting an accepted paper must complete the applicable paid author registration for each paper.

Participation Certificates

All registered authors and attendees will receive an official Participation Certificate, whether participating in person or online.

Registration & Publication Policies

  • One paid author registration covers one accepted paper only. Each additional accepted paper requires a separate registration.
  • Registration fees are non-refundable, and registrations are non-transferable.
  • At least one author must register and present each accepted paper. Registration alone does not fulfill the presentation requirement.
  • Accepted and registered papers will be submitted to the publisher for consideration, subject to the publisher’s formatting, quality, and publication requirements. Final publication is subject to the publisher’s review and approval.

Accommodation

The conference is non-residential. Participants arrange their own accommodation. Explore the suggested accommodation options for the Dubai and Jordan hubs.
